[Moller] No closeout session for today's Moller 60% design review of GEM tracking modules

Thanks again to one and all.   To anyone concerned, the committee has decided *not* to have a closeout session for today’s review of the Moller GEMs.

They will produce a written report and email it to Jim Fast and myself by tomorrow afternoon.
