[Moller] [Solid] publication submission on Hall A beam line

Folks,
There is ongoing discussion about the Unser box. In order to minimize risk to SBS operations it is likely we will NOT alter the Unser box for the FY22 SAD install but will simply reinstall the existing bix in teh new locatiom.

I am working with Thia and David Flay (and on Rolf for $$) to see if we can build a new Unser box with all new innards to install in the FY23 SAD.

Colleagues,

The attached has been approved by JLab Accelerator Division for
submission to JINST.

There was a two hour meeting Thursday with Hall A personnel and it
appears there's a reasonable chance that the interim change, beginning
page 12, will be installed during the FY22 SAD.  Material handling dance
between Jessie's folks and Engineering will decide.  Jim Fast will
support buying the new material when drawing packages are complete and
made suggestions at the meeting to minimize the impact on Hall A work
during the SAD.  Engineering on the decided support changes has begun.
This material doesn't change, only the stuff between it and the floor.
Crane won't be repaired until FY23 SAD per Robin, complicating the dance.
