Happy Friday, everyone!  On the December maintenance day, Tuesday the 20th, we will be changing the DefMemPerCPU setting for the `gpu` and `scavenger_gpu` partitions from 47000 to 512 (matching the `production` partition), in order to stop underutilization of GPUs caused by users unknowingly overallocating (main) memory on sciml21 nodes, whose ratio of memory to GPUs is lower than on sciml19.  If you have been submitting jobs to the `gpu` or `scavenger_gpu` partitions that use more than 512 megabytes of main memory per CPU, relying on the higher default, you will need to add a large enough explicit memory request (e.g. --mem-per-cpu=3G), lest they terminate OUT_OF_MEMORY.
