[Moller] [EXTERNAL] Collaboration meeting - delay afternoon start by 30 minutes

Hi all,

The afternoon session of the MOLLER meeting will start at 2:15 PM, and 
all talk start times will shift to 30 minutes later than shown on the 
schedule.

Please let me know if that causes anybody any problems.
