[Moller] Upcoming MOLLER project reviews

MOLLER collaborators,

I just wanted you to be aware of a series of upcoming MOLLER project reviews:
Nov. 15-17 Director’s Review (annual status an CD-3a)
Dec. 5-8 Final Design reviews (internal)
Jan 10-12 OPA Review (annual status an CD-3a)
Jan 14- Feb 8 Independent Final Design Review (paper review with hybrid Q&A and closeout last week)

Assuming all goes well MOLLER should have authorization for about $4M in long lead procurements in early March.

The plan is to have the full CD-2/CD-3 reviews late spring and early summer 2023 so we have full construction authority by the end of FY23.
