[Moller] [External] [EXTERNAL] Next MOLLER Collaboration Meeting - May 5 - 6, 2023

Dear MOLLER Collaborators,

I have two announcements ahead of the upcoming collaboration meeting.

(1) We have a draft of the collaboration bylaws, currently posted here<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.cst.temple.edu_-7Etuf43817_BylawsMOLLERV5.pdf&d=DwIGaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=k2-3YiXM4PG72x9M5ma_2Q&m=5XahVuUFFK9jXEIBP4LVZkKHhY-gcWHldnPmusfCN7uBQ4FcOHPIde9nyHrCHAoc&s=m756tMRE5lVo7KYST3WflfTVr7vmzTp7jAd4Mdne120&e= >. This represents the work of a number of people and is the result of several iterations with the IB and EB. I’m hoping that we can ratify this document al the collaboration meeting. Please take a look when you can, and bring any comments to the attention of your IB representative (Section 9.f).

(2) The new DocDB server is almost ready to launch, including all of the files from the existing server at JLab. This server is hosted at Temple and every collaborator will have access to it. Eric King will be sending out a collaboration-wide email soon, including instructions on how to access it. The intention, of course, is to use this new server going forward, including preparations for the collaboration meeting.

We would like to announce the dates for the next MOLLER collaboration meeting for Friday May 5 - Saturday May 6.  We will do this meeting in person at Jefferson Lab in room F113.  People can also attend remotely as always, so this is a hybrid meeting.  We will provide the link to the registration page as soon as it is available.
