[Moller] MOLLER project leadership announcements

Dear MOLLER collaboration,
I am pleased to announce, at long last, the my successor as Project Manager for the MOLLER MIE will be Ruben Fair.  As most of you know, Ruben served as CAM/L2 manager for the Spectrometer WBS for many years and brings a great deal of magnet knowledge as well as familiarity with the project.  Ruben will return to JLab July 17.

I am also very pleased to announce that Klaus Dehmelt has accepted a position at JLab and will take on the Deputy Project Manager role starting September 1.
