[Moller] MOLLER DocDB

[I'm sending this via JLab's SquirrelMail, I apologize if the links aren't
automatic on the receiving end.]

Below you will find a link to request author access to the new MOLLER
DocDB located at http://moller-docdb.physics.sunysb.edu

    JLab is in the process of disabling any changes to the current server
https://moller.jlab.org/cgi-bin/DocDB/private/DocumentDatabase  and
implementing a redirect.

    Once I receive a final copy of the database, I will update the current
copy, fetch files and re-enable DocDB editing.

        Uploading should be re-enabled by lunchtime today [Friday]. I
apologize if this manages to cause anyone an inconvenience.
However, file access is still available.

Please report any difficulties with regards to access to me at 
ericking at temple.edu. [I am aware of the error displaying DocDB [?]-help
message. This is due to a now ambiguous interpretation of a deprecated
PERL library and I will fix this soon.]
