[Moller] [Jlab-scicomp-briefs] Lustre stability issue update for June 11, 2024

The farm Lustre system (/cache and /volatile) ran overnight and today with no issues. This morning the farm and tape system were brought back online and per-host problems, including with some ifarm nodes, were resolved.

Farm16 (the oldest nodes) will remain offline while debugging continues.
