[Moller] [EXTERNAL] MOLLER CD-2/3 ESAAB Approval

Dear MOLLER collaborators,

We are writing to share with you the good news we received yesterday from our DOE Federal Project Director Bryan Foley.  He presented to the Office of Science ESAAB (Energy Systems Acquisition Advisory Board) yesterday morning.  The ESAAB unanimously recommended approval of CD-2/3 (Approve Performance Baseline and Start of Construction) for the MOLLER Project!

Thanks to all who contributed to this milestone.  With this achieved, we look forward to working with everybody for a safe and successful construction phase.
