Hi,

This week, we are going to kick off our Physics Coordination meetings, to be held on Fridays from 11-12 ET.
Zoom: https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__virginia.zoom.us_j_91229986378-3Fpwd-3DuGAc5hZ1qWSUHYKcxPYrlSEF9u3bYS.1&d=DwIFAg&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=k2-3YiXM4PG72x9M5ma_2Q&m=F8eYykG_lNPW42YA8k9aC294XE5julmagWyaq4Vas9Eas12PbHhnS8vNe5YZOJUg&s=chKynyU-covkiXkvUR3MVjuWmwySQ_2o-I1c02XjqpY&e=
Agenda: https://moller.jlab.org/wiki/index.php?title=PhysicsCoord_Oct_31,_2025

These meetings, open and advertised to all interested collaboration members, will facilitate better awareness within our collaboration about progress towards our physics goals. The intent is to start to bring our focus further down the road, beyond project completion and installation, where we will need to be prepared with the tools and knowledge to efficiently use our completed apparatus to achieve our proposed precision.

The core of the agenda will be regular progress reports from the working groups. This meeting is not primarily about fabrication or assembly of hardware, and it is not meant to be a comprehensive report from each group. The purpose is to develop topics relevant for physics analysis, looking forward to the start of data collection. Other contributions to the meeting will also be welcome. Please send me any specific ideas you have for agenda items for future meetings.

All my best,
Kent
