The collaboration meeting will be available to remote participants
via <b>ReadyTalk</b>. Presenters are encouraged to make their
talks available in the DocDB agenda (see instructions below) as
soon as possible. Remote participants (especially presenters) are
encouraged to try to enter the phone and web meetings at 8:30 am
on Friday, when I will be available to set up the meeting and to
offer help. <br>

</b><b>Detailed instructions</b> for both regular participants and
remote presenters are <b>attached here</b> and linked in the
meeting agenda in the DocDB from the agenda page. The
teleconference information for the entire collaboration meeting is

Remote participants and presenters will both sign in as regular
participants. Remote presenters will be added as co-presenters
right before their talk so that they can share their desktops.
Local presentations will be broadcast from the conference
computer. Please <b>upload your talks to the DocDB before your
session</b> so that you can access them from the conference
computer. If a local presenter wishes to use their laptop, then
they should plan to do so as a remote presenter (you will have to
be connected to the internet and logged into the web conference
from your laptop). If you would like to try to test this before
Friday morning, contact me and I will try to schedule it.<br>

If you are a presenter (remote or otherwise), please add your
presentation to the document database (DocDB) and to the meeting
agenda (instructions below).<br>

1) Go to the collaboration meeting agenda in the DocDB:<br>

3) Choose your talk from the agenda<br>
4) Enter the Title, Abstract (Required)<br>
5) Enter Keywords and Notes (Optional)<br>
6) Browse and open your presentation (.pdf at least, .ppt
optional)<br>
7) Choose the Document Type, Submitter, Author and Topics
(Required)<br>
8) Please also choose:<br>
View: mollerdocadm and moller<br>
Modify: both mollerdocadm and moller<br>
9) Click "Submit document"<br>
10) Click on <font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif"><a
