* As described below, we would like to hear updates from the
"owners' in the attached task list. We will mostly be focused on
spectrometer, PQB, and general related issues for this meeting.
The agenda is listed below with the times. We have a pretty tight
schedule, so speakers are encouraged to try to design talks that
