Dear MOLLER Collaborator:<br>
<br>
<b>First, an apology. KK thought this went out at 9 AM EST this
morning to <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:moller@jlab.org">moller@jlab.org</a>, but we just discovered it didn't go
out, and that somehow his mailer was blocking it being sent due
to the Google drive link below.</b><b> Here is the text of his
email:<br>

<div class="">Following up on my email from a week ago, here is
the update on the next step in our preparations for the December
review. </div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">The link below is the DRAFT Conceptual Design Report
which is due to the committee on FRIDAY. Thanks to the
tremendous work of the writing group who have put in long hours
over the past two weeks to get us to this point. This document
nicely summarizes the enormous amount of effort by the
collaboration to get us to a robust conceptual design. The main
document is just shy of 100 pages and it is augmented by nearly
150 pages of appendices. </div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">I apologize for the very short amount of time for
the full collaboration to review this document. Note that this
is an internal review and the full conceptual design report with
any committee feedback will be submitted right around Christmas
time to the reviews in January and February. </div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">If you find any major concerns, please send email to
me and Mark Pitt no later than Thursday afternoon. Principal
section authors are still working on fixing the last few latex
errors. </div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">Several comments:</div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">- First to the authors: please review first your own
sections for remaining latex errors (such as missing
links/references) and try to fix them today. </div>
<div class="">- To everyone: if you find typos or anything else
worth correction, please send email to me and Mark, no later
than midnight Thursday night. </div>
<div class="">- To Institutional Reps: please review the author
list for your respective institutions and send me and Mark any
additions/subtractions/corrections asap.</div>

The web interface will say that the file is too big too
