<div class="moz-forward-container">Dear MOLLER collaborators,<br>
<br>
This is a reminder about our upcoming MOLLER collaboration
meeting on Tuesday June 21 - Wednesday June 22. This email
contains a reminder about registration (for everybody) and
further details about in-person attendance. We are looking
forward to seeing many of you in person at Jefferson Lab!
Please note that for in-person attendance, you should make sure
to start the process indicated in bullet point 2 below by the
end of the day on Monday June 14.<br>
<ul>
<li><b>Registration: </b> If you have not already done so,
please go <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://misportal.jlab.org/Ul/conferences/generic_conference/registration.cfm?conference_id=COLLAB-MOLLER-JUNE22">here</a>
to register. <font color="#e04135"><b>Everybody</b></font>
who wants to participate in the meeting should register,
whether you are participating in person or remotely.<br>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><b>Additional information for in-person attendance</b>:
You need to go to this <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://www.jlab.org/human_resources/jris/registration">link</a>
and follow the steps to re-establish site access. You need
to do this by June 14 so JLab can process this before the
event. As part of that, you will see a list of training,
which is expired for most of us. Assuming you are only
attending the collaboration meeting in CEBAF Center, you
only need to do three trainings that can all be done online.
Also, Lorelei has confirmed that your badge will work for
CEBAF Center, even if there is expired training, as long as
the current training is sufficient for access to CEBAF
Center. The three online trainings needed for access to
CEBAF Center are:</li>
<ul>
<li>CST001 : Cyber Security Awareness</li>
<li>GEN034 : Security Awareness Training</li>
<li>SAF100 : ES&H Orientation</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<p> Also, per the email sent from JLab ES&H this
morning (June 10) we will need to mask up during our meeting
and everywhere in CEBAF Center.<br>
</p>
Thanks,<br>
Mark, KK, and Jim<br>
