    Dear MOLLER collaborators,<br>

    We had a successful CD-2/3 Director’s Review this past week.<br>

    <br>

    The presentations, Q&A, and discussions between the review panel

    and the MOLLER team including members of the collaboration

    obviously, demonstrate to us that the years of effort and dedication

    to get us to where we are today have not gone unnoticed.<br>

    <br>

    We were immensely impressed but not at all surprised at how well

    this team works together.<br>

    <br>

    We would like to send a heartfelt thank you to the collaboration for

    all your efforts.  In particular, we want to thank the students and

    postdocs for your contributions that have been essential to getting

    us where we are today.<br>

    <br>

    We also include below a message from the lab director that he asked

    us to share with you.<br>

    <br>

    We hope that you all manage to take a break before we start the ramp

    up to the MOLLER CD-2/3 Independent Project Review in early

    October.  This review is run by the DOE Office of Project Assessment

    to determine our readiness for CD-2/3 approval.<br>

    <p class="MsoNormal">Dear MOLLER Team,</p>

    <p class="MsoNormal">Congratulations on a very successful Director’s

      Review!  They confirmed what you and we already knew, which is

      that you have things in very good shape headed into the CD-2/3

      Review.  They had good suggestions for making further improvements

      which I’m sure you are already on.  Thanks very much to you all;

      thanks to Ruben for stepping in, front-and-center, with only a few

      weeks on the job.  And a big thanks to Jim for his leadership of

      the Project and working double-duty in preparation for this review

      and baselining.   I hope the whole team takes from this review a

      real sense of pride in the work you’ve all done to bring the

      project to this point.  Thanks again and onward!</p>
