[Moller_analysis] NO MOLLER analysis meeting today, Thursday 10 October

Dear all,

Due to a few of our regular participants travelling today, we will cancel the MOLLER analysis meeting today.

Note that I have completed the pull requests to include the changes in the way mock data parameters are loaded into the generator program, and the initial change in the nomenclature for the Ring 5 detectors to be labeled as "L, C, R" instead of "A, B, C".
You will need to regenerate your mock data files to take most advantage of these changes.

We plan to have the meeting next week on the 17th.
