[Moller_daq] Information about RealID requirements at JLab

Dear MOLLER analysis and DAQ groups,

I wanted to be sure you were aware that beginning on May 7, 2025, if you need to present a driver's license for ID at the lab it will need to be REAL ID or ENHANCED DL.  I think this is mostly relevant if you need to register at the lab or to get a new badge, but I expect it is also relevant if you forget your badge and need a temporary one.
