[Moller_daq] MOLLER counting/integrating DAQ meeting today, Thursday, 12 February, at 11am

Hi Paul,

I will miss the meeting today, due to travel. I now have the information 
needed to implement the firmware bandwidth filter. It looks like we can 
still operate with 64 bit words in the output data stream.
We just need some intermediate registers that are larger than that.
