[Moller_intdet] Integrating detector phone meetings

Hello,

It's time to restart the detector development meetings, especially given
that we may have the opportunity
to test more prototypes in Mainz and other places this year. I
apologize, that my effort to start regular meetings
last fall petered out. I got wrapped up in committee work, writing of
grant proposals, pushing MOLLER
into the Canadian LRP and at TRIUMF, and work on other experiments
(including - still - Qweak ).

Anyway, let's try and push ahead. I am sure people have made a lot of
progress in the mean time ...

Here is a doodle poll to decide on a meeting date and time:

We can then decide during that meeting what the meeting frequency should be.
The list of discussion points below is still relevant. However, now the
following items move to the top of
the priorities:

1) Prototype development for the next beam tests.
2) Integrating electronics decisions / design (I will elaborate on what
has been happening at TRIUMF)

Cheers,

Michael
