[Moller_intdet] MOLLER Integrating Detector Meeting / Test beam meeting

Hi, Michael. I cannot participate today or two weeks from today due to other constraints.

Tyler has already done a quick scan of the MOLLER prototypes. We seem to have roughly 30 p.e.'s per cm of quartz thickness for ring 5. I think an rms of sub 20% with 30-40 p.e.'s is well within reach with this design, with reduced sensitivity to air backgrounds.

4 weeks from now, we should be able to report on this as well as gas scintillation.
