Dear colleagues,
According to the doodle poll, most people can participate Wednesdays
from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm eastern
time zone, so let's pick that slot. We will hold meetings every two
weeks, as we have roughly done in the
past. Since I am traveling again next week, I would like to have a
meeting tomorrow, but then have the
next meeting on September 13 and then every two weeks from then on.
I'd like to keep tomorrow's meeting pretty general, to get back into the
swing of things. We can discuss
overall plans for the upcoming beam tests in Mainz and give general
progress statements if people have
any. We can then plan for people to give detailed presentations about
progress over the next few months.
Please let me know if this is acceptable.
Thanks,
Michael
