[Moller_intdet] Integrating detector phone meeting doodle poll

Hello everyone,

I'd like to restart the integrating detector phone meetings and with the 
start of a new year and semester
I think it would be good to either confirm the original meeting time 
(Tuesdays at 5 pm eastern), or find a
new time. To this end, I have implemented a doodle poll:

have the first meeting of the year during the week of January 30.
