[Moller_intdet] [EXTERNAL] Gas System Requirements

Hi all,

At our Nov. 7, 2023 meeting 
<https://moller.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Int_Det_Mtg_231107>, we had a 
discussion of dry air gas requirements for the MOLLER integrating 
detector systems.  Ciprian and Robin had requested some information so 
the designers could work on the more detailed design of the system.  
After that meeting, Kristofer provided some more detailed information 
about HVMAPS, and information on the other detectors was provided by 
Mohammad during the meeting (and also documented in the TDR).

I wrote the information up in the brief document attached (in docx and 
pdf), which I provided to Ciprian and Robin earlier this month.  I can 
go over it briefly today in the meeting if there is time.  It will also 
be great if the experts on this (Kristofer, Mohammad, Michael, Dustin) 
could try to look at this carefully and give me any feedback by next 
Wed. Jan. 24. I had told Ciprian and Robin that I would be passing it by 
this group one more time in case there is anything that needs to be revised.
