[Moller_intdet] [EXTERNAL] Detector grounding scheme

Hello,

Recently there have been renewed discussions about the detector signal 
path grounding scheme and there was some confusion
about how this is implemented. I think the reason for this was primarily 
that the drawings we had were old versions. There had
been no recent updates illustrating the final design.

In the attached drawing I attempted to make a simplified illustration of 
the now finalized (and already implemented) grounding scheme.

Let me know if this needs clarification or corrections.
