[Moller_L2] OPA and Director's Reviews

Folks,
The OPA review dates are set for January 10-12 so please reserve those dates.  OPA will prefer in-person, but we will have hybrid capability as well.

This implies a November or early December Director’s Review.  I will provide dates once David Dean and I have that arranged.
