[Moller_L2] HW is posted

All,
Thanks much for pulling together HW responses.  Everything is posted now for this morning’s session.

One question I got that was not in HW is whether thee is yet more CD-3a scope we should add to reduce risk related to CD-2/3 pushing out further.  I will work on this today in the background to see what is near critical.  The other criterion will be whether we can really get the design and cost sorted by CD-3a ESAAB.
