[Moller_L2] Timeline for CD-2/3 review pep

Folks,
My main topic for the L2 meeting this Thursday will be the timeline to get ready for the Director’s Review in August.  I have established the timeline below for when various parts of the preparations need to happen and be completed.  We will discuss Thursday.  Note that this will be a management, cost, schedule focused review so you will see preparing for those aspects is pulled forward quite a lot to ensure we have lots of time to drill on those aspects of the project.

I will also work on a draft agenda so people can get a sense for what the flow of the review is likely to be.  In broad brush, the first day morning will be the typical plenary of KK, me and Kent.  Afternoon will be parallel sessions with each WBS covering the baseline scope, cost and schedule.  I would expect that his will likely be the CAM and L2 technical lead presenting cost/schedule and scope, respectively.  The Management review panel will have the typical set of talks on cost/schedule, risk, quality etc.

Day 2 will be all parallel with more detailed technical talks.  During this time there will also be CAM interviews where the management reviews do drill downs with the CAMs.
