[Moller_L2] CCB decision - TM4 coil inserts

Folks,
As chair of the CCB I wanted to alert people that we reviewed the proposal from the spectrometer engineering team to include permanent silicon bronze inserts for lifting the TM4 coils and approved the request.

There was some discussion of alternatives at the meeting – all ideas that had been floated previously in technical discussions within the spectrometer engineering group.  The crux of the problem with those solution sis that the vendor has to be able to screw in to these from one side to lift the coil out of the mold – so they really have to be incorporated when the coils are manufactured.

Kent and company did a thorough ferrous materials budget review and determined that he proposed material would not have a significant impact.  The proposed material stock has been procured and measures <=1.001 on the ferromaster.
