<p class="MsoNormal">Lessons Learned are intended to provide information that the project team or future project teams can use to avoid pitfalls we may encounter. You are probably all familiar with Safety lessons learned bulletins. These should be factual
and state what happened (no blame or finger pointing). I included a field for suggestions about how we could have done better.<o:p></o:p></p>
