[Moller_pion_bg] Pion Background/Detector Working Group Meeting Wednesday at 3 pm

Hello Everyone,

Since the pion detector meetings are during my classes I am not able to 
participate. I am also not able to come to Moller meeting at Jlab.

Attached here is a possible design for a pion detector. The detector is 
small, simple and should not be very expensive.
If such a design is acceptable, further work will improve its performances.

You can look at the results.
