[Moller_pion_bg] Pion Background/Detector Working Group Meeting Wednesday at 3 pm (NEW TIME)

Hello everyone,

attached is my second report on estimating pion background. It contains 
type of particles produced, their energies and the rates produced by the 
shielding in both forward and backward direction.
The background rates in the final tables are based on rough estimate of 
the Moller rates and
can be easily modified with better rates estimates.
