[Moller_pion_bg] [EXTERNAL] Pion Background Meeting

Hello everyone,


I was very intrigued with all the problems after the last meeting and 
wanted to figure out the properties of the pion Cerenkov counter myself.

I simulated it as proper as possible at this time. Attached are the 
results and explanation of the input. I will be able to participate at 
the meeting today so if necessary I will explain the results.
