[Moller_pion_bg] Pion Background Meeting - changing time to 12:30 Eastern (Wednesdays)

Hi Folks,

   I'd like to adjust the MOLLER pion background meeting time (starting next week)
to now start at 12:30 pm (Eastern), i.e. 30 minutes earlier than previously.

  Please let me know if this will be a problem for anyone who regularly attends.
