[Moller_simulation] target position and z=0 plane

Hello everyone,

I have talked to Al and he tells me the target center is at z = -608.83 cm
in his CAD model.

Additionally for those interested I had him make a cut at the x=0 plane to
have some understanding of the interferences between the legacy hall A
infrastructure (i.e. HRSs) and the MOLLER setup. From my point of view the
biggest concern for us is that the platforms linking the HRSs to the pivot
are not planned to be removed which will make supporting the heavy
shielding around Coll 1 and 2 difficult.
