[Moller_simulation] Remoll release v2.1.0 now out

Hi all,

We just released remoll v2.1.0 (
https://github.com/JeffersonLab/remoll/releases/tag/v2.1.0).

This release includes:
- correlated raster in the beam generator
- geometry reorganization
Known issues are:
- slow running due to some performance issues that are being addressed
(#252)
