[Moller_simulation] FYI optical simulations in remoll

Hi all,

I put some notes together on how to enable optical simulations in remoll at
https://github.com/JeffersonLab/remoll/blob/develop/README.optical.md,
including on how to disentangle Cerenkov and Scintillation. Please feel
free to edit as you see fit. It's not necessarily limited to remoll as it
explains a number of general geant4 optical physics macro commands.
