[Moller_simulation] Target region shielding design

 Hello everyone,

At the last simulation meeting we discussed starting a focus group to look
into the target region shielding redesign. If you have time to help,
students to volunteer, or at least want to consult and sit through the
meetings, please reply to this message and we'll start some adhoc meetings
this week.
