[Moller_simulation] MOLLER Simulation Workshop to be held on 26th of May

We will have the annual MOLLER Simulation Workshop on May 26th, 2023. 
The workshop is targeted toward new students, so they can get a quick 
start with remoll simulation and data analysis with root.

I will share the complete program soon but it will mainly consist of a 
few overview talks and an afternoon hands-on session. A tentative
