[Moller_simulation] Download Field map files manually for now

Hello Fellow Simulators,

If you are planning to check out the code or wanted to use new updated 
map files, please manually download them from,

https://hallaweb.jlab.org/12GeV/Moller/downloads/remoll/

new map files are,

V2U.1a.50cm.parallel.txt (same as before for US)

DS_TM1-4_CoilA-G_ll_TM2-4_out3mm.txt (new updated map file for DS)

auto downloading using cmake is still having issues due to file hash 
error for some of the new files.
