Hi Rakitha,<br class="">
<br class="">
I am not sure what you mean. I was not suggesting that the
simulation meetings should be changed. Only the going from two <br class="">
detector meetings a month to one detector meeting a month (keeping
the two simulation meetings).<br class="">

<div class="">Hi All,</div>
I'd suggest we meet every other week to discuss simulation
updates and if there are any main detector related items we can
discuss as part of these simulations meeting agenda. Just send
me an email and I can add that to simulation meeting agenda.
Then once a month main detector folks can take over the
simulation meeting to discuss their progress with main
detectors.

Colleagues,<br class="">
<br class="">
During the previous phone meeting, I brought up the
possibility to have the<br class="">
detector meeting only once a month. A lot of progress is being
made on<br class="">
several fronts, including electronics, PMT bases, SLAC test
data <br class="">
analysis, etc.,<br class="">
but many of these tasks are longer term and currently steeped
in detail, <br class="">
that<br class="">
may not have to be discussed every two weeks. In fact, since
the start <br class="">
of the<br class="">
year, the phone meetings have been fairly thin on content.
Another <br class="">
contributing<br class="">
factor is that the simulation side of detector development is
mostly <br class="">
discussed<br class="">
in the simulation meeting and that repetition in the detector
meeting seems<br class="">
unnecessary.<br class="">
<br class="">
On the other hand it has also been brought up that keeping the
current <br class="">
meeting<br class="">
schedule, but allowing for very short meetings with short
updates may be <br class="">
a better<br class="">
way to keep everyone up-to-date.<br class="">
<br class="">
Please let me know what you prefer.<br class="">
<br class="">
Cheers,<br class="">
<br class="">
