[Moller_spectrometer] new meeting time

Hey guys,

For the next meeting,  on the 13th, I would like to keep the 2:00pm 
eastern time because Sakib is defending his thesis in the morning.

But for the rest of the term, I would like to move the meeting to Monday 
morning starting at 11 or noon eastern, if that works for everyone.  Let 
me know if either of those times don't work, by the meeting on the 13th.
