[Moller_spectrometer] new meeting times for Winter term

Dear all,

I have been looking at the "Grand Doodle" results, and the best time is 
Monday at 10-11am eastern.   Unfortunately I cannot make that time this 
coming Monday, and it is a holiday in the US, so our first meeting will 
be Monday, January 24 at 10am eastern.

I have to leave tomorrow's upstream torus meeting early, but I think we 
should keep that meeting time.  The agenda will be located here:
