Dear all,

Apologies for the confusion about the meeting time last week. I propose we meet on Wednesday at 1pm EDT this week, mostly because I can't meet at 8am my time on Monday (which is one reason I wanted to change the time).

We will have to confirm a time with Ruben as well.

Thanks,

Juliette

Hello All,

Wednesday 1-2pm EDT seems to work for most of the respondents. This time slot works for me as well. Does this work for all of you at MIT?

Please let me know ASAP if this meeting time won’t work for you in general on a weekly basis.

This is a time which was not identified by Jennifer as good for JLAB folks. Since some JLAB folks responded directly to this poll, I am curious why the times chosen by Jennifer are not good times for you, and wonder if there was a miscommunication somewhere…

Thanks,

Juliette

Dear all,

There will be no spectrometer meeting on Monday, July 3rd due to the holidays in the US and Canada.

I would like to try to find a new time to meet; the 8am (CDT) time is difficult for me. Jennifer has identified a number of times where most JLAB folks should be available at the times when I have availability. I have made a when2meet poll with those times. Please fill it out before Wednesday, July 5th EOB. I will send an announcement next week for the new time for the following week, if one can be found.
