[Moller_spectrometer] spectrometer meeting

Status update.
See attached.

NOTE: We need guidance on Collimator 5 positioning accuracy.

We dry fit two SC3 coils, one came out quite good the other needs some fine tuning. The question is how much fine tuning and when to say good enough.
