<p>Dear all,</p>
<p>I was a little precipitous in my announcement of the meeting
times. It seems that the best time is <b>Thursday, from 2-3pm </b><b>eastern</b>
(this optimizes several different subgroup meetings and the
availabilities of the participants). Rather than try to find a
separate time when we are all available for the upstream torus
meeting, I am proposing that we instead have weekly meetings and
set the agenda to concentrate on the upstream torus roughly every
other week. <br>

<p>Jim (Kelsey) and Mike - what do you think of this? Does anyone
have any objections?<br>

time is Monday at 10-11am eastern. Unfortunately I cannot make
that time this coming Monday, and it is a holiday in the US, so
our first meeting will be Monday, January 24 at 10am eastern.<br>

<p>I have to leave tomorrow's upstream torus meeting early, but I
think we should keep that meeting time. The agenda will be
