Wes updated the target ladder ioc app with two new EPICS variables to show the mount type (MOTT:LDR:CURR:mountType) and foil type (MOTT:LDR:CURR:foilType), see Fig. 1. This information may now be automatically grabbed by the CODA Start-of-Run script and stored in the run file and logbook entry. Of course, we still need to keep the target ladder list up to date, using the target ladder expert screen, see Fig. 2.

I don't think these text variable can be Archived (w/o converting back to numerical value), however, just as good the ladder stepper position is archived (MOTT:MTR:POS), see Fig. 3.

Riad, when you have a chance can you update the scripts to replace human entry of this information with the automatic entry.
