[Mott] Mott info you can stare at before today's meeting

Folks,

Today, I'll speak about target foils we can use for the gold experiment (3-8 MeV) this Fall, and will tell what I have learned about foil preparation and thickness measurements. I've attached a slide which you may want to stare at in advance - which is mainly self-explanatory - and I'll clarify and answer questions at the meeting.
