Our work plan for today, Wednesday Feb 12th transitions to systematic studies:

DAY
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. (Cade) - Correct minor controls screen "typo".

2. (Moffit/Suleiman/Cuffe) - Plan A: Determine if DAQ dead-time issue is DAQ configuration and resolve. Plan B: Roll back to svcnet network.

3. (Lauze) - Verifed flowmeter cables in tunnel/ISB for new dump LCW hook-up later this month.

SWING
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Recover beam at KE=5.0 MeV to Mott line, initially with P=P0<z> on 1um Au target <2uA CW.

2. Reproduce last night's "good" 499MHz run condition (similar E, dE rates; instrumental asymmetries consistent with zero).

3. Change from 499MHz to 31MHz operation, test for similar response.

4. DAQ studies: Measure dead-time vs. rate => determine reasonable operating rate for tonight.

5. Beam at target: Measure instr. asym. vs. spot size and position for typical operating range.

6. Dump effects: Measure instr. asym. vs. dump dipole ON, OFF w/ targets=(thru, three thicknesses of gold).

7. Measure polarization Py: Set vertical Wien for P=P0<y> => measure phys. and instr. asym. with half-wave plate IN/OUT

8. False asymmetry: Measure phys. and instr. asym. vs. induced charge asymmetry (IA) and Pockels cell off.

9. Measure polarization Px: Set phi rotators for P=P0<x> => repeat measure phys. and instr. asym. with half-wave plate IN/OUT

10. If proceeding well, continue with systematic studies that adjust KE and spread (KE +/- , Crest +/-)
