[Mott] slides for Mott @ EIC14

Dear All,

I've been asked to discuss Mott polarimetry at the Electron Ion Collider workshop at JLAB next month (http://www.jlab.org/conferences/eic2014/).  I decided to use our efforts for the Mott experiment as the context to explain issues that are important.

I've attached my draft and welcome feedback or contributions, particularly in places where I may have misrepresented (y)our work.

On a final note, towards the end of March we at JLAB should be in a good place to summarize for everyone our commissioning results, studies of (Au at 3-6MeV) and (Au/Ag/Cu at 5MeV), and by then have in mind some points of discussion how to proceed for the precision test.  I will arrange in advance a good meeting time.
